An intense red wine with orange and violet reflections, with an intense aroma with hints of violet
and black fruit. Full-bodied and smooth, slightly spicy flavour.

Grape varieties: Bianco d’Alessano - Chardonnay - Fiano

The distinctive feature of this wine is its velvety flavour and spicy aroma, the result of ageing
in French oak barriques for around 8 months. After ageing, the bottled wine is kept in the dark
in the Caverna della fonte delle Grotte di Catellana for around 3 months, at a temperature of
15°C and with humidity slightly above 90%. This technique gives it greater longevity

From the prized black grape varieties of the Valle d'Itria come the pink bubbles of Agorà Rosè, a bright wine
capable of releasing the essence of the Mediterranean scrub with its lively
fruity and floral touch.
Suitable for accompanying fried foods and starters.
Alcohol content: 11.0%

Balanced flavour with aromatic notes and an intense, elegant bouquet.
Excellent wine with a rosé colour and burgundy highlights, suitable for pairing with meat and
