Born from the “Inventa la Puccia MC” contest, created by Mimma Fanizzi, who wins a €50 dinner voucher. Freshly baked Lecce-style puccia, local heifer beef burger, slices of DOP buffalo mozzarella, fresh cardoncelli mushrooms, rocket.

Hamburger with 100% local veal, stringy “Sapori del Latte” mozzarella, caramelised onion, Polignano a Mare potato by hand and strictly homemade burger sauce.

Artisanal Strong Bitter beer with a balanced flavour, malty notes and a pleasant bitter finish, particularly refreshing and ideal for summer 🍺

Caciocavallo melted in the oven with special assassina sauce. Served with slices of bread. Also available with non-spicy sauce.

On the nose, the fruity aromas
range from tropical to citrus,
with notes of strawberry and
melon; the bitterness is pleasant
thanks to the generous hopping.. 6.1 * ABV

Gluten-free and lactose-free. Coconut and hazelnut semifreddo. Also recommended for those who are not intolerant. Delicious!
